Delete your Trodelo data
Morrow Systems Group LLC
Effective Date: June 12, 2026
You can delete the data Trodelo holds about you at any time. There are two paths: revoke just the Google Calendar connection, or delete your entire Trodelo account along with every record we hold.
Option 1 — Self-serve, instant: revoke Google Calendar access
This removes Trodelo’s permission to read or write your Google Calendar going forward. Calendar events Trodelo previously created in your account remain yours — we don’t delete them.
- Sign in to app.trodelo.com.
- Open Profile → Calendar.
- Click Disconnect. Trodelo immediately deletes the stored refresh token, calls Google’s token-revocation endpoint, and removes the integration from our database.
- You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions— find Trodelo in the list and click Remove access.
Option 2 — Full account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] from the email address registered on your Trodelo account, and include:
- The phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the subject line.
- Your account email and (if applicable) your organization name.
- A note if you want a deletion-confirmation receipt.
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of the acknowledged request, subject to applicable legal retention requirements (for example, financial records we are required to retain by tax law).
What gets deleted
- Your account record (name, email, phone, role, password hash, profile metadata).
- The stored Google OAuth refresh token (encrypted at rest) is destroyed and revoked with Google’s token-revocation endpoint.
- The calendar integration record (calendar IDs, the account email used for the integration).
- Job records, customer records, evidence (photos, transcripts), and AI prompt logs tied to your account.
- SMS opt-in audit-trail rows tied to your phone number, after the regulatory retention window expires.
What is not deleted
- Calendar events Trodelo previously created in your Google account — those are your data, stored in your Google account; delete them from Google Calendar directly if you no longer want them.
- Records we are required to retain by law (for example, signed estimates and closeout packages that may be needed in a future dispute or inspection). We retain only the minimum required, for the minimum period required.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
